rf was the only top 20 shoto at evo. he placed 13. sagat is still beast. the ONLY thing thats changed really since vanilla is his kara upper cut fadc into F.hk ultra1 did gdlk 650 damage in vanilla with full reveng gauge. now its 500. they nerfed him super buff ae buff ver 2012
