Theme: Cartoon Characters From Your Childhood!
RULES!
1. Must be a Subscriber! Click the yellow button its that easy if your not already!
2. Must use atleast 3 Eyeshadow colors (this does not include highlight or eyeliner)
3. Must be in Tutorial Form (either using video or pictures)
4. Somewhere on video you must write or say this is a video response to datgirl25 cartoon makeup
5. Must be atleast 18 years old or have your parents consent! (and if your under 18 you must state in your video that you have your parents consent)
6. Be as Creative as you like!
7. Only one entry per person!

How to Enter: two ways- One make a video either pictures, slide show, or live video in tutoral form and POST it as a video response to this video or write a comment and say what your favorite cartoon characters or show was as a child, why and write enter me!
