I think the Tuning is Open G thats how I play it. Its sounds close enough. But I think some play it in open A. I personally prefer Open G,

Hey Fred, Glad to have this opportunity to thank you for the Fretboard Roadmap series of books I've got most if or all and they're excellent. They're at a pace that anyone can understand without being patronising. Highly recommended to anyone trying to get their head around all things guitar.
