I don't think these pictures are before communist, because before 1975 there aren't a lot of motocycles.
This documentary was diffused on VN-TV and made by Vietnam (communist) gouvernment showing how khmer community is today in Vietnam. Surely under communist regime, not before communist.
Before communist, you must understand there is more than 30 years ago. These images are recently.
