Tea Party vs. The Constitution: ObamaCare Edition

Constitutional Accountability Center interviewed several tea partiers in front of the Supreme Court during oral arguments in the Obamacare cases in March 2012. Many of them feel strongly that the law is unconstitutional, and many of them proved that they have absolutely no idea about what the Constitution actually says.

I have always been amazed by how STUPID the Teabaggers are when it comes to a document they purport to love... They: know NOTHING about it; understand NONE of it; have no idea even what's in it, yet claim they're all about it.

They only know what Fox, Bill O', Rush, Glen Beck, and those idiots who manipulate them tell them.  My guess is most of them flunked history or were in the most regressive classes in their schools.

Everyone compares this to socialism and then from socialism to Greece and that's the example of how we're going to destroy ourselves. Germany is also "Socialist" by your definition, and they're the strongest economy in the world right now. They also have a "socialist" health care system like the Affordable Health Care Act. Mandatory health care insurances wont solve the problems that it is sold as to the public.

Just look at a liberal country like the The Netherlands, where health care insurance is mandatory.

Their annual fees only go up ever since it has become mandatory.

Now more and more working class people are struggling to keep it because of it's higher costs, that keep on growing.
