This is a Kalphite Queen (KQ) Complete Guide and Walkthrough created by the Runescape player Ruzai

This guide not only includes just about everything you should know about the KQ but also includes the most renown drops from the KQ including: D2H, x2 DChains, and KQ Head.

This guide also includes how to stuff the KQ Head and the talking interface within Ruzai's RS House.
