Oh my god, no. No! NO! HE CANT DO THIS TO ME. NOT NOW. I wanted to burst into tears so bad. I cant tell Nick and Joe. I feel like a fool. After they said everything would get better,,, and now this, its to embarrassing. I feel like Im gonna be sick. O-Oh my god I am going to be sick. I ran to the bathroom and threw up in the toilet. Not being able to help it, I started crying. Joe and Nick ran in after me, Joe held my hair back. I have Bens baby growing inside me and I dont have Ben,,, what am I going to do?
Demi: *Stands up and wipes her mouth, flushes the toilet.*
Joe: *Rubs her shoulders.* Dont worry, itll be okay.
Demi: *Tries not to cry anymore cause she doesnt want to tell them he broke up with her. Nods.*
Joe: Come on, we made Mac and cheese. *Walks into the kitchen with her.*
Nick: Did you tell Miley?
Demi: No you guys were the first I told.
Joe: *Looks up.* First? You mean, he doesnt know!
Demi: *Shakes her head and looks down.* I cant tell him, he wont want it.
Nick: Demi you have to tell him. Its his baby.
Demi: Ill tell him when the time is right.
Joe: Dont you think hell notice a baby bump sooner or later? I mean you hang out with him almost everyday.
Demi: *Wants to cry. Thinks: Not anymore.* * Feels her phone vibrate again. Takes it out and looks at it.*
Text Message: {Ben: Can we still b friends? : )}
Demi: *Bursts out crying. Throws the phone onto the floor so it smashes and runs out of the house.*
Joe: *Eyes widen.* Demi! *Runs out. Looks around but doesnt see her.* DEMI!
Demi: *Hiding behind the house, trying not to cry to loudly.*
Joe: *Runs back inside.* Shes gone.
Nick: What? She cant be gone!
Joe: Shes not outside. Come on, lets get in the car. *Runs back outside.*
Nick: *Runs out with him and gets in the car. Drives off with him.*
Demis P.O.V
I watched as their car drove down the road. I know there just trying to help but I need to be alone right now. They forgot to lock the door so I back inside and ran to the bathroom. I opened the mirror cabinet and took out Joes razor, taking out the blade. Holding it firmly in my hand I ran back out of the house and down the street. I cant believe all this is happening. Mileys moving, Ben left me.. Me and Ben have been together almost 6 years, I really thought he was the one. And to think Joe and Nicks situation with having a child was hard, mine will have to grow up with out a father. Reaching the park I sat down, there was no one else here. The wind blew my hair back and I looked at my wrists. I just wanted two seconds of everything going on in my head to go away. I touched the razor blade to my wrist and--
Kevin: *Behind her.* Dont do it.
Demi: *Surprised. Turns around.* Kevin? What are you doing here?
Kevin: *Sits next to her.* Taking a walk. Its peaceful out this time of day. *Holds out his hand.* Please.
Demi: *Sighs and places the blade in his hand.*
Kevin: Look, I know I dont really know you that well since-- well I know I havent been the best brother to Joe but youre his best friend and as much as I make fun of him, I still love him, and I know he loves you and wouldnt want you to do this.
Demi: *Looks down with tears in her eyes.* But.. I made a huge mistake.
Kevin: *Puts his arm around her comfortingly.* What happened?
Demi: *Sniffles.* I slept with my boyfriend to make our relationship better, got pregnant, and he just broke up with me.
Kevin: *Shocked.* Wow.
Demi: *Nods.*
Kevin: Wait you told him your pregnant and he broke up with you?!?!
Demi: No, I didnt tell him. He just did it anyway.
Kevin: Demi,, Im so sorry.
Demi: Me too.. Please dont tell anyone he broke up with me.
Kevin: Okay, why not?
Demi: Just.. Its embarrassing.
Kevin: Okay, but you should tell Joe, he worries about you and can tell if somethings wrong.
Demi: *Nods.* Just not now.
Kevin: Alright, come on, lets get something to eat.
Demi: *Smiles.* Okay. *Stands up and walks with him, talking.*
