Great song relating back to the days when colored film became available. Colorful images and shots of old Kodak cameras underscore the influence Kodak had on all of us amateur photographers. Written and recorded by Paul Simon. Appeared in his 1973 album, "There Goes Rhymin' Simon"

I still shoot flim and yes there Nikon cameras a F and a F2 and a FM, The next camera I want is a Rolleiflex 120. I think I will sell my Fing Nikon D200 and buy a Nikon F5.

@Adamfulgence I'm hoping to see him perform on his next tour. Heard on the radio that he is going to perform the entire "Graceland" album with Ladysmith Black Mambazo; and I'm sure he'll perform other wonderful tunes. :)

This is just great! I love the song, and the photography is perfect. I hear this one in my head when I'm out doing a photo shoot. I don't use a Nikon but that's irrelevant. And there's still something about film - the way it forced us to capture what we saw and get it right, without a big margin for error. Photographers were in charge. The mind had to envision perspective, depth-of-field, cropping. Today, the camera does so many of our former tasks. We're now editors; it's becoming the creator.

I loved this. The pictures are unbelievable . I think Kodachrome is the mind. We take snapshots in our minds. He's asking his honey not to ruin his dreams and memories, You think?
