It's all true. Tetraflex lenses have transformed my sight to 20-20 or even better. My surgeon thinks my being an artist was an advantage.

This video makes it appear that the Tetraflex lens is vaulted anteriorally, as opposed to posteriorally, as with a Crystalens.
Can you recommend a source for more detailed information about this lense?

We ophhtalmologists really don't understand the actural mechanisms of accommodation of the lens.
The only thing I know is the remarkable result after the Tetraflex lens implantation compared with 1CU IOL.

I am not familiar with the 1CU IOL, but if you have an opinion of how the Tetraflex compares with the Crystalens, I'd be very interested to hear it. Those are the two options that I am aware of that are available in my area (Vancouver, Canada). One doctor near here is apparently the first in Canada to implant the Tetraflex in a patient.

It's a pity that the Crystalens is not available in my Taiwan.
You can take a look at the AMO Tecnis multifocal lens and the Alcon Restor multifocal lens.
