i'm a girl but i agree with what he's saying. i think i'm one of the few people who actually believes in proper equal rights. somehow these days equal rights in the western world just means women now have the right to oppress men. if people claim to believe in equal rights then they need to start acting like it. girls, pay for dinner on dates and don't bitch about guys leaving the toilet seat up; and guys, take some paternaty leave when the new baby comes along and do some work around the house.

I love Bill. Never have I come across someone with such compelling arguments about EVERYTHING, and with the ability to make people laugh their ass off while being thought-provoking at the same time. It’s unfortunate that the most important reasons for feminism in the first place were the last ones to stick, such as equal pay. Feminism in the 21st century has the ability to border on chauvinism towards men rather than the pursuit of equality, which is a damn shame.

@definitelyeric "Adults" was the implied meaning when he said "people" obvious kids are humans. The slave reference was a metaphor, comparing two dissimilar things. So children aren't people, marriages turn men in to something less than human and Bill Maher is basically a freed black slave hero? This man is fairly ridiculous. He's right that men should have some balls, though. Although fighting stereotypes with stereotypes isn't really helping his case.

Ok.. I'm a woman and there are such things as "mutual fantasies". I never had romantic fantasies about a charming prince,its so stereotypical to say that women are romantic sensitive creatures, its not true, a lot of women love to be dominated in bed and have dirtier fantasies than their men. I agree with the "women are smarter than men thing", only a moron would say such thing. Women are human beings some of them are smart and cultivated, some are dumb and annoying.
