  • Dave, that was great! I LOVE IT! Can you tell me the purpose for creating this? Are we going to see it on TV again? I know alot of people would be thrilled to hear this great song again, and of course see updated pictures of our great city.

    Maureen from Milwaukee

  • Gomogo2000... I made this just for fun - I loved the original commercial back in the 70's & 80's. Unfortunately, I doubt we'll ever see a remake of this classic on television again. Thanks, Dave

  • Excellent! Frank Gari was a genius when he first came up with the idea and pitched it to WISN. Thanks to ch 12, "Hello Milwaukee" was the first in a long line of Hello ad campaigns. WTAE and "Hello Pittsburgh" almost beat us to being first.

    I miss Howard and Rosemary.

  • Where can I download this song I really like it

  • 1 person is from Chicago!

  • I remember hearing a similar jingle for (then WTCN) NBC affiliate Channel 11 in Minnesota during the early 80s....... "Hello Twin Cities, hello Minnesota, TV 11's the one to turn to."

  • Dave your video gave me chills because I grew up with "Hello Calgary" search Hello Calgary and have since seen Hello Melbourne. Kinda puts a Dent in the memories lol

  • @creamcitysista1970 me too );

  • this REALLY takes me back to when i was growing up. too much of this will get homesick!!

  • Did any other native Milwaukeeans get chills and a tear in their eye watching this video? I sure did. I miss my old house on the northwest side where I grew up...makes me homesick for the ethnic festivals.

  • EXCELLENT JOB!

    Milwaukee is one of the finest cities I have ever visited. I am from the south... and people like to pride themselves on "Southern Hospitality"... well... the south has NOTHING on the people of Milwaukee. Some of the finest around.

    Thanks for sharing the video.

  • Wow Beautiful. I haven't been in Milwaukee in over 30 years yet i heard this and i remember where i was when i first heard this.. Thanks so much for this wonderful Memory...
