Nepal police confiscated Tibetan ballot box

Sunday, October 3, 2010, Kathmandu, Nepal. At about 4 pm in the afternoon the Nepalese police confiscated the ballot boxes of the Tibetan-in-exile's Kalon Tripa and Chithue preliminary elections. At the time of this posting the ballot boxes were not returned to the Tibetans.
