  • Yep. that was kewl.

Karla and Renee were the waitresses.

    Kenny Stern on Drums...

    was Chuck Spurlock back there....

    Wendy Moore on percussion.

    Scott Johnson, Oleo Polyester,

I always forget the guitar players name.

I was prolly working there at that time.

  • Karla.... Wow. She was worth the cover Beard never charged me. What ever became of Wendy? Were you around when Sam played guitar? Maybe for the first six months or year.

Todd informed me we have another 8-10 shows; with much better audio. This is just the camera. I plugged into Stan's deck which was soundboard and pzm mics on stage onto VHS. Much better. I have a VHS no audio of Scott and Reed(?), acoustic which is very nice. Gawd sound like a taper...

  • Karla Bizzarla!!

Noticed Tye Dye Will and Larry aka The Mayor

formerly of Forney, now of Little Elm.

  • Larry who used to work for "Al the Answerman"?

lol I know about six Larry's in this video, only one f'in Will! Will left a insulin syringe in my back seat; which I found a week after the Highland Park police pulled me over for SYF sticker on my Farfromgruven.

    Thanks Will!

  • And Kathy, August, Chuckoleo, Bo, Laura, Lara, Sir Kris Kriofski, his brothas, Beard, Stan, Carlos, Randy, Terry, 3 Chucks and one Heinbockle!, Big Bob, Bret, Scott, notice Scott's Dad? 4 mullets guys in tiedyes, 28 filler folk, one st. steve who stole my jacket, his kind gf who brought it back, the good steve, oh! and who was the hockey guy bartender?

  • Cool to find this, the other guitarist is me, James Van Arsdale, did time in the band from 91 to 97 and also in 2000.

  • James China Cat van Arsdale! So sorry about the omission. Your music and especially Sunflower were to the Dead Thing as the Thumb is to the Hand. And yer amp! In my head. When it got Weirder than the normal Strange on stage.. just check out James.. lol. You'd just raise yer eyebrows, grin and keep playin. Then Baker would kick another three bass ales off the stage.

Anyone remember that crazy chick who stripped buck naked in front of the stage? Cops came and got her.. lol. Strange indeed.

see all
