If the train was Amtrak, i am sure the crash could of been justified =p

very nice set what model?
-
you should get steam trains :)

Good job and one of the better real life jobs I've seen. You had the camera angle right but the moving of the train is always difficult. But still good show.

And you know what happens when it IS done? You tear out half of it and start over!

It was roughly $200 with the boards and scenery, not to mention the tracks as well. It cost quite a bit, but it was worth it.

How is the train silent?

The Loco is a Kato model, and the engine is a very smooth running one so not much sound comes out.

how much do they cost?

Alot! Yeah, trains are a little pricey if you want to get the decent ones. My trains vary in the type of products that I have bought and can range from 8 to 120 dollars, if i'm not mistaken, and that is what a large majority of them cost.
