Steve Jobs has said about Apple and his brilliance and creativity that, "We have always been shameless about stealing great ideas" - so shut up about dance moves and special effects. ALWAYS they are inspired by others, the performer, artist, dancer, etc. then builds on that inspiration to make it their own.

I do think Beyonces performance was better, but that is because Beyonce is a dancer, the other girl I don't think was a dancer, so it just didn't look as cool. Plus Beyonce is more famous, with a bigger budget, so her's is going to look better.

you think she would just do the performance and say nothing? no. beyonce said she was inspired by the performance lorella did and met with people who worked on it. she also said how she never worked so hard in her life on it. and now you guys are bitching about her copying. huh i guess you wouldnt like it if you worked on something so hard and all of a sudden people would be bitching about it would ya?
