As has already been mentioned in other comments, this is NOT by Aphex Twin. If he had remixed this track it wouldn't be any where near as similar to the original as this is. Just listen to some of the remixes he did on "26 Mixes For Cash" to see what I mean.
If you think about it, even the original title of this track (Breath - LIKE an Aphex Twin remix) suggest that it only sounds like Aphex Twin. The actual artist who did the mix is unknown, as it was probably just an amateur bedroom DJ.

You guys do of course know that Aphex Twin has nothing to do with this tune, right? The original title for it is "Breathe (Like an Aphex Twin Remix)". Someone was probably just going apeshit with effects and though "omg, this sounds just like something AFX would do". Sadly, though, it really doesn't sound like Aphex Twin at all.

@hsbavo Dude if you check out The Prodigy's info site on "The Fat Mixes" you'll see this:
Comments: This is a very rare bootleg release. It's even packed in Digipak! The mixes are not remixed by the artists mentioned. They are home-made mixes which contains elements of the aforementioned artist..
