NO MORE DEAD BORING MUSEUM ART (2011) is an extended plunder narrative commenting on Istvan Kantor's oppositionist art philosophy and anti-institutional approach to production. Kantor announces his own death with audicious irony through a hyper-noise electro-beat mashup video-song. Once again he reassures us about his alienation from the art establishment, especially museums. The fast paced and noisy editing explores disaster clips, animated photographic stills, Kantor's own vocals, gestures and facial expressions. Trevor Tureski's percussion composition appropriates factory made sound samples in an insainly sadistic mix by M C Maguire. Still photos by Edward Gajdel. Produced by IMPLANT Media for Videodrome, Toronto. 6min30sec.
