This was the last S-3A off the production line, later converted to a S-3B. Arrived here on 7/28/10 after slightly less than a two hour flight from Grand Junction Regional (KGJT), callsign was NASA601. This aircraft is equipped to conduct science and aeronautics missions, such as environmental monitoring, satellite communications testing and aviation safety research.
