it really is the best 4* in tenerife. theres a playa de sol i think its called up the road which is an utter disgrace and the bahia hasnt got the palm trees and nice outdoor pool look. I would love to go to the jardines which is further up the posh end (opposite and way away from las americas) are they seriously digging up the trees?

My wife and i have stayed in this hotel, and the sister one in front of it. I liked this one and the wife liked the bahia best, they are both great hotels and a great area aswell.

I just love it there :) I get homesick for it when Im not there; been about 10 or 11 times now, we were last there in August 2010 and are going back at the end of December for New Year yippeeeee!!!

I understand you've stayed in Hotel Guayarmina Princess Costa Adeje Tenerife. Me and my girl friend loving going to bars and eating out is it much of a walk to get to them?

@Va1entine82 Hi there are lots of little bars near the back of the hotel near the beach and plenty of little eating places there.
There are livlier bars just up above Colon Beach (a few minutes walk) in san Eugene and they stretch all the way into Playa de las Americas (We liked a bar called Eugene's Bar (Mike Carlton the compere there is brilliantly funny!) Enjoy.

@LaaurenKiirsty Thanks for your comment - You are so right about this being the best in the world - well it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in - I have just got back from staying in a 5 star hotel in Montenegro and it was not anywhere as good as the Guayarmina Princess, hopefull will be bacj there in a couple of years time.
