This would probably be late July 1989 if that aired on a Saturday, I don't usually do Movie airdates but those definitely came in August, and The 1987 TV Movie "Billionaire Boys Club" aired July 30,1989.

I remember Hyatt Legal Services, Sea World, and HIlls! Plus that's the late Don LaFontaine is v/o the promo for "The Billionaire Boys Club", and the Catholic Charities PSA was v/o by Kim Scott.
