What is wrong with my screen/computer?

READ THIS!

My screen turns to red/pink when I am playing or "doing nothing" (surfing in the Internet). I have tried to swich my screen, but it didn't work. So the proplem is in my computer. I have sended it to the repair shop and they said that colorcart was broken and they repaired it and brought it back. Two hours after I was playing, it started again. The "console" or what it is, is Vista. Please comment/help! Thank you! P.S It isn't always red/pink what the video shows you. Sometimes it's normal. At this moment(now when I'm writing this) it's normal.
