Windows 7 Superbar for Vista

This is the best thing i can find to get the windows 7 superbar on vista

The ViGlance is made for xp, however it works on my vista home premium 32bit system
I make no promises that it will work perfect, because i even have some problems.

when i downloaded the theme, a message popped up saying that i had to choose which program i wanted to save the theme on. i chose windows media center. but where in windows media center is the saved file! please tell me.
