Humans are part of nature. We are one of natural selections greatest products. What we do therefore is entirely "natural" If we behave like humans then we are just carrying out our role as nature intended. Why does everybody think their is "nature" and then "humans" as though they are different things!

Leave the whale hunters alone, they are trying to make some living is all. I looked it up and whale hunting is 4% of what it was in 1960. I support anyone trying to make a living and not soaking up welfare dollars...GO WHALERS!!!

Only someone who has no heart, no loved ones or has ever been shown any affection can watch a calf and its mother whale being killed in the worst ways. Thank you for sharing this. I really wish people would shut up about the tsunami, most of those people are innocent, just trying to get by in life. But there is still injustice of whaling, how can our governments do this? I hope their money keeps them warm at night.

whales are very gentle and unique creatures. they are like no other animal- they are the largest animals on earth, and they are mammals that live underwater. i've loved whales and dolphins since i was very little. then i found out that the japanese killed whales. i was devastated and i want to help these gentle giants as much as i can.
