the problem is people are NOT getting in tune with the breed. not doing their home-work before they get the breed.
then realize the breed is too much dog for them.
most people don't even train their terrier dog! they are not dogs you can just take home and let them do what ever they want. you have to be trained to a T and socialized well.
same thing happen to the dalmatian, the movie made people want to buy the breed but not knowing the breed is far too hyper for just any owner.
i think before you get this type of breed you should have to do some hands-on training with a already fully grown dog of the breed.
a 1 month hands on training test that you must pass to be able to own the breed.
just to get the whole feel of the breed. that way you don't get yourself into something you will regret and end up giving the dog the boot.
