Dad isn't so sure about his new BowFlex. How can a machine make you strong if you can lift everything its got? Time for some more power rods...or maybe brother Mark wore out these old rods before he gave it to his little brother...hmmmm. Now I know why he gave it away. The rods are worn wimpy. Oh, well. Still fun to use when I can't make it to the gym.
