  • Thanks for the comment kades28. To be honest I normally forget about it and just end my workout without doing it. I just attempted the ab ripper workout last and boy it is pretty darn hard!!! Hard is good though!!

    I remembet the first time I did legs and back, I thought it was a KILLA! There are A LOT of lunges!
