nice video. i did the upgrade and now i barely have any forward flight but tons in reverse. and the heli centerd and balanced. i have trim all the way up and barely go froward. i moved battery up to still didnt help much. any ideas? thnks

looks good! now to get lots of speed....move the metal servo rod to the outer hole on the servo arm! it really makes a big difference..oh...on both servos!!
