Escondido CA bomb house Fire

this guy lives about a mile from our house. authorites found 14lbs of explosives in his house after a gardener stepped on a bomb while working in the yard. the bomb squad said the easiest way to destroy the contents of the house was to burn it down. this is a clip of news coverage that i was watching on tv

@kaunamano my friend is actually the owner of the house and so far they got zilch. still trying to work it out with authorities, court, insurance, etc.

@kaunamano the insurance wont cover it because it was considered an emergency. if i remember correctly the city is paying for it....which in turn means the taxpayers.....aka ME!

Aren't the fearless police officers in this case thinking we just destroyed the physical evidence at the crime scene? Oh they did that on 9/11 too didn't they? I guess that makes it ok. Besides the gentleman charged with the crime under the patriot act is guilty as charged. Since in America the President can imprison people indefinitely.
