omg what kind of retarded question are these below?? why shave arms? well maybe because she has a lot of hair and wants to remove it? if you dont have hair than you logicaly dont shave right? and if you have hair and you dont want to look like a monkey than you do what? bleach does not get rid of hair. it only makes it lighter and harder to see, creating the effect of none or less hair. howeveer, if you bleach often, it does weaken the growth, but it doesn't completely stop it. shaving and waxing are the ways to remove it. if you want it gone longer, wax because shaving makes it grow back within a day or two. besides, waxing weakens it and shaving stimulates it since it's not taken from the root.

When you wax, yeah. But when you bleach, no hair is removed :)
