If you can squat on a ball that doesn't mean you should do it. Mixing weight training with balance training is a notion that it's good for you, not! Ballet dancer has great balance w/o any ball training. Balance skill is counted only when it perform on daily life surface aka grass, wood, floor... I've seen broken wrist and other injuries with this. Sure it did not happen here just...YET! Just because one can run across the freeway unharm sometimes, that doesn't mean you should do it
