Composed of 35 original works, IMPULSE is a creation of the French artist and photographer, Fabien Lemaire.

It is in the middle of the historical quarters of Dubai: Bastakia, that the gallery House Heritage (presided by Mr Ahmad Bin Eisa Alserkal and by the Alserkal Cultural Foundation) accommodates this exhibition from June 21 to July 31, 2008.

From now on recognized in the whole world, like one of the major poles of the market of Art, Dubai does not remain less at its debut when it comes to contemporary photography.

And it is thus as a daring leader that Heritage House positions itself by choosing to reveal IMPULSE from this young French talent, who created this photographic work especially for the occasion.

Fabien Lemaire let himself inspired by the two elements which dominate Dubai: Water, omnipresent in spite of the desert, and Movement, perpetual in this city where nothing ever stops. It is his way of translating this folly of the "everything possible" which exists there between nature and man.

With his work, Fabien intends to create a bridge between the lights of Paris and those of the New Dubai through various visual, olfactive and musical ambiances. It's an invitation to an insightful, abstract and subtle voyage through the senses.
