Sorry but Ecotec has seen 1400 HP on the factory aluminum block in drag racing form. Cobalt has posted better times on the Nurburgring than any other FWD car. Cobalt SS posted a faster time on that prestigious track, than Lotus Exige S, Jaguar XKR, Audi RS4, Porsche Cayman S, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VI and VII, Audi S5, BMW 335i E92 Coupe, Nissan 350Z, Ford Focus RS, Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8L, Porsche 911 Carrera (993), Audi TTS Coupé,...and the list goes on. So how in the world does that suck?

I use to own a 2008 350z HR, it was pretty fast, know i have a turbo cobalt ss sedan less than $1,000 in the engine and it pulls way harder than the Z ever did, Slap twin turbo on the Z and of course the Z will win, but it will take a lot more money to mod the Z.

lot of reasons that you may be able to "keep up" with him. For instance, I owned a 2000 Mustang GT 260hp and beat a C5 corvette in a street race.
