I agree w/ you to an extent. "Parents" need to teach their children from "infancy" what is & is NOT acceptable social behavior. That's where we are lacking; "No Home-training." Kids today are so ignorant. Parents are allowing them to raise themselves. They buy them gadgets to occupy their time then proceed to ignore what's going on in their own homes right under their nose. These same irresponsible parents will be the 1st to say "not my child" when it's revealed they are bullys.
