I totally Understand your side also,. From my understanding, and what I have seen personally. Police in the areas I have lived in Aus target Car Enthusiats in General.

I know for sure there ar many many dumb ass kids out there trying to proove a point but couldn't drive a greasy stick up a dogs A**. Some take care and love their car more than their GF and get jumped on for the plain fact their car is low and has nice wheels.
