This is a video of the project on a very early stage, displaying error codes at start and tachometer values (RPMs) on an ugly 2x16 alphanumeric LCD. This board is built for communication debugging purposes only and runs on a 5MHz microcontroller.
I've also programmed a PC software emulating Nissan ECU responses for quick debug at home.
Final version consists on a smaller dash unit with 122x32pixel graphic LCD.
Destination cars are those Nissan fitted with Consult ECU diagnostic port.
Where do you get the information about the consult interface? pinout, signal, etc....Please help! Thanks
