@macmacmacmac000 Ik, the pressure blocks and punches don't have the power they should. The bouncing techniques seen in this demonstration of Yul-Gok are only used by that federation.

this pattern is wrong. there was no sine wave at all which is fundanmental in the theory of power and without it you do not generate nearly as much power.
it is also far to fast as you can barely see where one movenent ends and another begins

Generals writings and CD roms / dVDs. If you think these are performed incorrectly then YOU dont know TaeKwon-Do. I suggest you relearn your history of TKD and the ITF / Orthodox TKD. Thank you
