Garden Scene

This was my first attempt at using Maya to animate a scene. The corner of the plane is visible, but I didn't catch that before I started the render - which took about 12 hours. I did NOT model or texture this. I only lit and manipulated the cameras.

Yes, it's really short but the assignment was supposed to be 5 seconds long.

the tree and the rest of the natural enviornment look really life-like.good job on those.

so do the buildings in the background.

but the pillars near the tree look a bit like grey play-doh.

i'd like to see this scenery in some kind of animated show or game some time.good stuff.
