Please take the time to watch this video. I got the recipe from a guy works at one of the busiest bars in town and they sell thousands of hot wings weekly. The secret is the Parchment paper for baking them in the oven, and they use Franks Red Hot Sauce as a base for their sauce. Also, they use brown sugar BBQ Sauce , from Kraft.

  • I just bought the ingredients for this but I bought Franks hot sause buffulo style hope it comes out just as good! Can u tell me the measurements of all sauses including the lemon juice. I watch the video on my phone and its not as clear. Thank u very much!

  • @80LoveConquers81 I use about 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1/3 cup of Franks hot sauce , 1/6 cup of ketchup, 1/6 cup spicy BBQ sauce and 1/6 cup of brownsugar BBQ sauce, also , a tablespoon of butter, bring it all to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes...You can add it to the wings, or use as a hot dip..I use it both ways. Good luck.

  • Cool technique thanks!

  • Thanks so much! =D

  • @questionasker23 Thanks for commenting, and No, I did not add any oil to the paper. Parchment paper is almost like waxed paper, and it is the real secret to perfect wings in the oven. I now keep this stuff in stock in my home, and have a spare roll under the counter..never want to run out. It also makes for perfect oven fries. Enjoy the wings.

  • did you add oil on the Parchment paper?
