My mom has an impact and wants to trade it in for a crossover which is the one that I have. The pantech crossover is a lot easier to use but only comes in grey but is an awesome phone

I have this phone and I love it!! I've worn one out and I'm on my second one. I'm not one of these people that needs to have a fancy smart phone to do what I need to do with my phone but I do wish I could figure out how to assign ringtones without having to take it to the store and make them show me. I know I could on other phones that I had I just wish I could with this one. @phonedog would you know how?

i have this phone and it has been great .i have droped it a million times and it still works but i really want a new DIFFERENT phone. plus sometimes it wont let me hang up sometimes.
does anybody have any recimendations of att phones that dont require a data plan.
it would be awe if you tell me some.=)

I have had the Pantech Impact for at least 1 year. I have dropped it in every place imaginable, and it works fine. It's a great phone and there's lots you can do on it. I love the texting on it. The Impact is a great phone for any age. If the back comes off, just use a little piece of tape or get a case. I would recommend this phone to anyone who is looking for a phone. I've had over 5 phones in the past 4 months, and the Pantech Impact is hands-down my favorite.

UUUGGHHH I HATE THIS PHONE I TRIED TO GET A NEW ONE LIKE TWICE BUT THEY SENT ME A NEW ONE OF THE PANTECH IMPACT AND IT STILL SUCKS! THE NEXT PHONE I GET IM DEFF GETTIN' PANTECH PERSUIT THAT IS THE BEST PHONE EVER!
