    Sorry, ur statement shows why LKY is worried about Singaporeans: most singaporeans are ignorant of what is happening in the world outside the island. You said that you have the internet in Singapore and that is your huge advantage? But do you know that China has over 4 billion (not million) internet users? And their internet entrepreneurs are miles ahead of those from Sgp. Get engaged in China's internet community and you'll know that they are very vibrant and advanced.

  • Well, he has a point in describing the current situation in China. But we have the internet in Singapore, which is a huge advantage when trying to climb up.

    Global connection gives one the tools to excel, provided the user is smart and hungry enough to make use of it.
