Hey , i was thinking about going to turtle island .. but when you snorkle is it clear and can you see the turtles ?

The water is very clear. I didn't see any turtles whilst swimming in the water, but I saw many turtles who had climbed up on the beach to lay their eggs. I also saw many baby turtles who had just hatched.
