This Taste of Archstone recipe brought to you by a very hungry resident of Crystal House 1, in Arlington, Virginia. I'm crossing my fingers in the hopes of winning an awesome Napa Valley trip for me and my boyfriend. Thank you so much for watching and for your THUMBS UP vote!!!!
PLEASE NOTE: YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT TO HAVE YOUR VOTE COUNT!!!

P.S. I apologize for sounding like a four year old with a LISP but its a really old digital camera. I tested it on my roommate and she sounded the same way! I thought we were going to fall on the floor from laughing so hard :)

Recipe:
1 acorn squash, cut in half crosswise
1/4 cup of diced ham
1/4 cup of chopped apples
two tablespoons finely chopped peanuts
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of nutmeg

wine....of course!

Directions: Preset oven to 350 degrees. Remove the seeds from the squash, set aside. Mix remaining ingredients (minus the wine) and stuff into squash. Pop the squash in a shallow baking dish, and bake for 1 hour.

Bon Appetit!!!
