I never understood gas grills; why not just cook inside on the stove? The whole point of cooking outside is the flavor of the wood or charcoal fire, right?

Gas grill are OK, for convenience, we'll use for the routine. With gas grills you can put these lava rocks in them, and those rocks do provide some flavor, so the convenience of less clean up and acceptable flavor day to day is OK, but sometimes, you just need the characoal, and the charcoal grills need lots more cleaning, i.e., more work, but I do still prefer them

Gas grilling cannot compare to proper charcoal BBQ charcoal is the best yum yum yum

I hate gas grills they suck unless they got lava rocks then the heat is even like charcoal but still dont have any flavor to it. Charcoal kicks ass, just got the Weber One Touch Gold 22.5 and its amazing how good it does! Viva la Charcoal!!!
