i'm English and know that we and most of the world call it football and americans call it soccer that is because their main sport is called football and they can't have two sports called football that is why they call it soccer which if you look up the word soccer you will see that it was us English that invented the word soccer in the first place so stop giving them such a had time about it ........................well you can if you want lol
