Well, yeah, but this is a wrestling ring. Do you have any idea how much would it stink up the place if he didn't wear shoes? Eh? DID YOU THINK OF THAT!!??!!? :)
Actually, I must shamefully admit that when I designed the two Hulks, I completely forgot that the Hulks don't wear shoes. (Except for She-Hulk, but that's only 'cos she's a girl and stuff.)
