It looks more or less like you exploded the mountain before recording, If it was naturally like that, The dirt in the hole would have grown grass, Unless you tampered with it beforehand.

@YeTi100500 all what you need is the eye of ender just hold it then right click to throw it up in the air and it should lead you the the end portal, just keep repeating the method until it stops going forward. when this happens try to dig down and hopefully you find the portal if not you end up in a strong which you can look around until you find the end portal. all the best .
