Pokemon Black & White ~How to get to Victini (Mystery Gift)~

How to get to Victini the #000 Pokemon in Isshu and also Pokemon Black & White.

You need to download the "Liberty Ticket" from Mystery Gift before you can get to Victini. It is the 3rd option in the Pokemon Black & White Menu once you first turn the game on.

Here is the written description to get to Victini:

After you have downloaded the mystery gift, get the liberty ticket from the man in the pokecenter. After that, you can't do anything until you get to "Liberty" City. It is the first huge city you come to, after the second gym. At the dock all the way to the left is a boat that will take you to "Liberty" Island, if you have the ticket. There in the basement of what is clearly a rip off of the Statue of Liberty you will find Victini. It is level 15, but hard to catch so bring lots of Great balls, or wait until you have the Ultra balls.

hey ppl i agree this vid was crap and nothing related to the title but if you purchased pokemon black or white it comes with instructions ill type out:

Step 1: go to user agreement and agree to wi fi agreement then go in game, but dont clcik your char, click mystery gift and it should work.

Step 2: go to the city after the second gym and go to the far left and go in the boat with liberty pass then you go into the tower into the basement have have the fun of your life (not realy)

@HedFoneDood Explain how the the video was nothing related to the title? Let's see your answer based with logic. I showed how to get to Victini. Quality may not be the best but the title reflects the contents of the video if not more. Also, learn to spell.
