This is the last few seconds of 'Change the Channel' from their album 'Here come the drums'.

I always thought the weird talking was just an odd language, but listening to it recently i noticed it was more like reverse talking.
So i tried to upload it from the album to the pc, but it didn't let me upload the last few seconds (which i could with other songs from the album) so they have obviously tried to block it.
Anyway i recorded it with my vid cam,
