@beansemo depending on situation... to me Ludwig is more a rock sound, but DW is bigger and controlled

@beansemo different beasts--I've owned both company's drums( and they BOTH are great! )...I just bought my 84th kit..a ludwig legacy Classic--the best drums they ever built!!
