My final for video production. I made this and the next day I meet Katy Perry!!! What are the chances!!??? Anywho I changed the meaning of the song from "Why cant he make up his mind about me/us" to a girl who can't make up her mind about COLLEGES. Therfore she's hot n cold. It took forever to edit, but I hope u enjoy it & thanks Katy for getting me an A.
